Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures.
- Conduct client consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation within the spa.
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and stocked before and after each appointment.
- Promote and recommend spa products and services to guests.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a relaxing, welcoming environment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
