Indalo Wiltshire Golf Club of Skukuza ( Skukuza Golf Club) is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead and manage all food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, efficient operations, strict cost control, and compliance with hospitality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across all outlets
- Ensure consistent high-quality service and guest experience standards
- Manage stock control, inventory, and monthly stock takes
- Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and operational costs
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards (including HACCP compliance)
- Lead, train, and supervise Food & Beverage staff
- Ensure effective rostering and workforce management
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure quality procurement practices
- Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Ensure accurate reporting and administrative compliance
