We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Risk to lead our Risk Management function. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide strategic leadership across Enterprise Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Business Continuity, Insurance, and Operational Risk. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Executive Management and Board Committees, ensuring that enterprise-wide risks are proactively identified, managed and monitored.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy.
• Drive enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
• Lead governance, compliance and regulatory risk management.
• Oversee Business Continuity Management and organisational resilience.
• Manage insurance, claims and asset protection strategies.
• Present enterprise risk reports to Executive and Board Committees.
• Foster a strong organisational risk culture through leadership and capability development.
• Ensure alignment with corporate governance principles, legislation and industry best practice.
