Afrirent Mobility (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Key Accounts Executive (KAE) who is responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships within an allocated province to ensure effective contract management, service delivery excellence and compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). The role serves as the primary operational and client relationship interface between Afrirent and government / corporate fleet customers within the province; and is responsible for coordinating fleet-related service delivery activities, resolving customer queries, monitoring contractual performance, conducting vehicle and asset oversight activities, ensuring operational continuity and supporting customer retention. The KAE ensures that fleet operations are effectively coordinated within the province, contractual obligations are achieved, customer satisfaction is maintained and operational risks are proactively identified and managed. The role also oversees the provincial Contracts Administrator and supports the Regional KAE in achieving regional operational and client service objectives.
