Afrirent Holdings (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Senior Industrial Relations Officer who will provide specialist Industrial Relations and labour law advisory services across the Afrirent Group of Companies by ensuring the effective implementation of labour legislation, policies and procedures, promoting legislative compliance, mitigating employment-related risks, managing complex employee relations matters, representing the organisation in external dispute resolution forums, and fostering constructive relationships with employees, management, trade unions and external stakeholders while supporting the organisation's strategic objectives, promoting positive employee relations and protecting the organisation against labour-related risk.
