Afrirent Holdings is seeking an exceptional executive to lead and transform our Group Supply Chain function. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, this role is responsible for developing and executing an integrated enterprise-wide supply chain strategy that supports sustainable growth, operational excellence and commercial success.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially astute leader to shape procurement strategy across a diversified group operating within mobility, hospitality, leisure and corporate services.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across the Group's supply chain function by:

• Developing and executing Afrirent's enterprise Supply Chain Strategy.
• Leading strategic sourcing, procurement and category management across the Group.
• Driving commercial negotiations and supplier partnership strategies.
• Establishing governance frameworks that ensure ethical, compliant and value-driven procurement.
• Leading supply chain transformation through technology, innovation and process optimisation.
• Managing enterprise supplier relationships, contract governance and commercial performance.
• Improving procurement efficiency, fleet procurement, inventory governance and operational excellence.
• Providing executive reporting and strategic advice to Executive Management.
• Building high-performing supply chain teams while developing future leadership capability.
